I Cannot Sing, Though, Wish I Could
I cannot sing, though, wish I could but silence at this precious time seems more meaningful and would be the right thing to calm the tender and fragile air. Sadness should be surrounded by serenity just as tears must be shared with empathy. Pain, where care is most needed. Listening, its kindest cure. For Ed Thought of you the other day, heard a joke, wanted to pass it your way. I knew you would laugh, you would laugh all day. Forgot that you had gone away.
